The Lord opposes the proud but gives grace to the humble. Therefore, submit yourselves humbly to God's mighty hand, and in due time, He will lift you up. Cast all your anxieties on Him, for He cares deeply for you.

Stay alert and disciplined in your thoughts. Your adversary, the devil, prowls around like a hungry lion, looking for someone to devour. Stand firm in your faith and resist him, knowing that believers all over the world are facing the same struggles.

After you have endured a short period of suffering, the God of all grace, who has called you into His eternal glory in Christ, will personally restore you and make you strong, steadfast, and firm. To Him belongs all power forever and ever. Amen.
